Bodyshop Service Advisor – Lexus Erbil
Main duties & responsibilities:
The Bodyshop Service Advisor is responsible for managing customer interactions for accident repairs and PDR services, ensuring a premium Lexus experience. This includes conducting damage assessments, coordinating with insurance providers, scheduling repairs, and maintaining communication throughout the process. The advisor upholds Lexus standards, ensures accurate documentation, and supports quality control and timely vehicle delivery.
Required Qualification:
- A BSc. in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service or service advisory role, preferably in a Bodyshop or automotive setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is preferred.
