Position Title: Sales Representative (Civil Engineering)

Position Overview:
Our company is expanding its sales team and is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer who can promote products professionally and strategically, build strong customer relationships, and actively engage in modern marketing and sales efforts.
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong skills in sales planning and modern product promotion.
• Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (speaking and writing).
Technical Requirements:
• Must own a private vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel across different cities and provinces in Iraq.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management
• Execute sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales performance and challenges.
2. Customer Relations
• Build long-term and strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Address client concerns and requests in a professional manner.
3. Market Research
• Gather information on competitors and market changes.
• Propose solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness and sales success.
4. Daily Field Work
• Visit sales locations and monitor ongoing activities.
• Receive and fulfill orders, and report to relevant departments.
