Position: HR Operations Officer
Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day HR operations, including personnel administration, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and databases in compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave tracking, and employee benefits.
Support recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies in all HR transactions.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
Assist with training coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Solid understanding of Iraqi labor law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); HRIS knowledge is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
