Key Responsibilities of Reservations Agent
- Assist with Travel Bookings and Changes
- Handle inquiries and assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
- Recommend travel packages and upgrades based on customer needs.
- Manage Itineraries and Confirmations
- Prepare and update detailed travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all arrangements are confirmed and accurate.
- Resolve Customer Issues and Complaints
- Address and resolve problems related to delays, cancellations, or service disruptions.
- Liaise with vendors and provide emergency support when necessary.
- Communicate Travel Information and Updates
- Provide customers with important travel information, including visa requirements, documentation, and travel tips.
- Send booking confirmations and timely updates before and during travel.
- Maintain Records and Use Booking Systems
- Keep accurate customer records and booking histories.
- Utilize travel reservation systems effectively to manage bookings.
- Support Post-Travel Follow-Up
- Collect customer feedback and address refund or compensation requests.
- Handle any unresolved issues after travel completion.
- Promote Additional Services and Compliance
- Inform customers about add-ons like travel insurance or tours.
- Ensure bookings comply with company policies and global travel regulations.
Skills & Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s Degree in Related field
2- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
5- Excellent Kurdish, English, and Arabic Languages.
6- Excellent communication skills.
7- Computer and Emailing Skills.
8-Good time-management skills
