Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Executive to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a Training Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to our organization's growth and success.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with our hotel goals and employee needs
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using various methods, including classroom, online, and on-the-job training
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives meet specific business needs
- Manage the training calendar and coordinate logistics for all training activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and development
- Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on training metrics
- Mentor and coach employees to support their professional development
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate training or related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in instructional design and e-learning platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful training programs
- Track record of conducting successful training sessions and workshops
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
