Your Mission
Baly is looking for a passionate and curious Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work at the heart of decision-making — transforming raw data into actionable insights that shape our daily operations and long-term strategy.
You will be responsible for full-cycle data analysis — from understanding requirements and gathering data to designing dashboards and presenting your findings to non-technical teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves solving business problems with data and wants to grow within a fast-paced, tech-driven company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel
- Address ad-hoc data requests and maintain clear documentation of inquiries and outputs
- Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities through structured analysis
- Build and optimize data processes and workflows to improve team efficiency
- Create clear and insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Present data-backed recommendations to cross-functional and leadership teams
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in data quality, consistency, and governance
- Explore new analytical tools and methods to support business needs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong business understanding and structured problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis
- Familiarity with pricing models and business KPIs is a plus
- Strong mathematical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience in data visualization and reporting
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
