Job Description and Responsibilities
Your mission in this role is to troubleshoot system issues, support end-users, and collaborate with sales and distribution teams to ensure seamless operation of logistics-related applications, optimize system performance, and enhance business processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing first- and second-level support for sales and distribution applications, addressing user queries and technical issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving system problems in collaboration with users and technical teams
- Conducting training sessions for sales and distribution team members on effective system usage
- Collaborating with other modules to configure and customize sales and distribution applications
- Understanding and resolving end-user needs by analyzing and addressing system-related issues
- Working closely with sales and distribution teams to understand their processes, identify areas for improvement, and submit enhancement requests to the development team
- Preparing reports and insights for management decision-making and process optimization
- Coordinating and participating in application upgrade and improvement testing
- Ensuring configuration documents, troubleshooting guidelines, and knowledge transfer materials are up to date and properly maintained
Required Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in In relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in similar field
- Proficiency in SQL database
- Previous work with FMCG is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution workflows and processes
- Excellent communication skills and high resilience under pressure
- Excellent English Communication
