Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the recruitment and talent acquisition team, and to develop and implement effective strategies and plans to attract top talent in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the annual recruitment plan based on departmental needs and planned growth.
- Lead and guide the recruitment team, assign tasks, and oversee their performance.
- Design and implement short- and long-term talent acquisition strategies.
- Review and update recruitment policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
- Supervise the preparation and posting of job advertisements through appropriate channels.
- Manage the recruitment process from application to onboarding, ensuring efficiency.
- Enhance the candidate experience and promote the company's employer brand.
- Build and maintain a talent database and activate it when needed.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment KPIs such as:
- Time to Hire
- Quality of Hire
- Talent Retention Rate
- Employee Turnover Rate
- Represent the company at job fairs, university and professional events.
- Coordinate with departments to define the required skills for each job opening.
- Support internship, summer training, and university collaboration programs.
- Manage the recruitment budget and prioritize advertising and consulting costs.
- Propose initiatives to improve the work environment and retention of new hires.
