- Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Lead and support the restaurant team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure consistent food and beverage quality by adhering to established standards and procedures
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive dining experience
- Implement and enforce safety and security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food preparation and service processes
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing cost-saving strategies
