Position Summary:
As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company’s operations and driving strategic financial planning. Your deep understanding of the automotive sector will be critical in helping us maintain profitability, manage risk, and seize new opportunities in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance, accounting, budgeting, and reporting functions.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Support strategic decisions such as M&A, investment analysis, and expansion.
- Collaborate with operations, R&D, and sales to optimize financial performance.
- Maintain relationships with banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as CFO or senior financial executive.
- Minimum 6-8 years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, supply chain costing, and inventory management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Solid knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
