- 1. Background
In support of the “Voices of Strength” project, Al-Mesalla seeks a field-based officer to provide facilitation and monitoring services in Anbar governorate. The role will ensure high-quality implementation and community-driven feedback across peacebuilding and electoral participation events.
- Purpose of the Position
The Officer will combine community facilitation with hands-on monitoring for 3 project events in Anbar, ensuring quality assurance and inclusive community participation.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead facilitation of dialogues related to elections and women’s leadership.
- Monitor 3 major project events in Anbar and compile feedback.
- Document community insights, attendance data, and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate with organizers and local actors to ensure smooth delivery.
- Submit reports and ensure feedback informs program delivery.
- Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in facilitation, community work, or M&E.
- Knowledge of Anbar’s social context and stakeholders.
- Commitment to inclusion, especially of women and marginalized groups.
- Report writing and verbal communication skills in Arabic (English preferred).
