
Job Identification
We are looking for HR Specialist- Data Analytics who is responsible to drives strategic workforce planning through the intelligent use of data, to be part of our HR team located in Baghdad Iraq.
What We Expect
- Collect, validate, and manage HR data from various sources (e.g., OPP and LMS).
- Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring all data is available in both system and hardcopy (when required).
- Improve the quality and consistency of HR data in OPP and LMS systems.
- Analyze key HR metrics, including turnover, headcount, compensation, and engagement trends.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports, such as AG reports.
- Support budgeting and workforce planning through data modeling and forecasting.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to enhance data collection and reporting processes.
- Present findings and insights clearly to HR leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administrations, data science or statistics or any related field.
- 4 years of experience in functional and sector.
- Highly analytical.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to lead and manage systems and cross-functional projects.
- Able to travel if necessary (domestic and international).
- Upper Intermediate in English (and local language if an expat).
- Supervisory and Problem-Solving skills.
- Team Building skills.
- Basic Counselling skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Effective Communication skills (Verbal and Written) including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies, and procedures.
- Effective Public Relations and Public Speaking skills.
- Stress and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of CCI Management Systems.
- Managerial and/or other functions experience is a plus.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-function teams, upper management and corporate.
