Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain internal networks, computers, and printers.
- Monitor and manage servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
- Manage and support the company’s ERP system, including troubleshooting and user support.
- Install and configure fingerprint attendance systems.
- Manage and maintain telephone and PBX systems.
- Install and operate Access Door control systems.
- Manage email systems and ensure cybersecurity measures are in place.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of [3] years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of network administration (LAN/WAN), routers, and switches.
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux systems.
- Proficiency in ERP systems management and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, fingerprint systems, PBX, and access control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of English (reading and writing).
