About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Order Management Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in overseeing the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing, timely fulfillment, effective communication with logistics partners, and smooth resolution of any order-related issues. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving abilities, solid analytical skills, and experience in e-commerce, logistics, or courier services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full order management process from order receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases, coordinating with logistics teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Act as the key liaison between customer service, logistics partners, and internal departments to address order and delivery issues.
- Analyze order and delivery performance data, preparing reports to track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Review and evaluate customer feedback (including NPS and surveys) to drive order process enhancements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize order fulfillment and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and timely order execution
- Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in order management, operations, or logistics (preferably in e-commerce or courier services).
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with NDR management, dispute resolution, or logistics coordination is a plus.
