Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial operations within commercial companies (not NGOs or banks) and will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other financial institutions as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in commercial companies minimum 7 Years .
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
