Job Description
Position Summary
AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Adjunct Professor of Law to drive its mission of providing high-quality legal education to College of Law students. Including Civil Law, Contract Law, Property Law, Civil Law Procedures, Statutes and private International Law. In this pivotal role, the Adjunct Professor will teach Iraqi Law, preparing students to successfully pass the national examination in law. This role requires an innovative educator with a passion for legal instruction, capable of inspiring students to think critically and independently. Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching: Deliver courses in Iraqi Law using Iraqi legal codes and supporting materials.
2. Student Engagement: Promote active learning and critical thinking in the classroom.
3. Learning Assessment: Design and administer quizzes, midterms, and final examinations.
4. Student Counseling: Provide guidance to help students understand complex legal concepts.
5. Grading: Ensure timely and accurate grading of student assessments and final grades.

1. Higer Education: Doctor of Philosophy
2. Academic Research and publication.
3. Practical experiences in the field.
4. Prior experience in the field of teaching is no less than 10 years.
