Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
• Develop and manage the company’s annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Accounting & Reporting
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Cost Management & Control
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain to monitor production costs.
• Analyze cost drivers and suggest strategies to reduce overhead and improve profitability.
• Lead standard costing and variance analysis for gypsum production operations.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
• Monitor cash flow to ensure the company can meet its obligations.
• Manage bank relationships, payments, and receivables.
• Supervise treasury and liquidity planning.
Internal Controls & Audit
• Design and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and legal obligations.
Person Specification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 7–10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and industrial cost control (experience in manufacturing is a
plus).
