Roles and Responsibilities
• Daily and Weekly Reports for Core and Field Maintenance Daily Activity.
• Data center corrective maintenance includes DC rectifiers, routers & switches alarms.
• Network System Monitoring and Tickets Follow-Up, Having a Good Follow Guide with Teams & Ticket Close, Open.
• Reports and Analysis of data center KPIs and performance difficulties
• Monitor Core Status Every 2 Hours with Daily Report for Any Alarms or Faults to Be Recovered by the FLM Team (Monitor Includes Power Rooms, Transmission Rooms, Core Rooms, Generators, General Power Status ).
• Daily and Weekly Reports for Core and Field Maintenance Daily Activity.
Education / Personal Qualification
• BSc. In Telecommunication, IT, Electrical or equivalent.
• One Year of experience in Routers and switching configuration, installing and configuring switches and routers to ensure optimal network performance.
• Background in GSM site (Telecom field) with good knowledge in Ericsson and Huawei Telecom vendors.
• Sites Power maintenance skills in low voltage, DC rectifiers, fire alarm systems, and electrical boards.
• Good soft skills (communication, active listening, dissuasion-making, team leading, working under pressure, and teamwork).
• Good English Skills (Speaking, Writing, and reading)
• Good background in Power and control units for data centers
• Good MS Skills
