One of Toyota’s authorized dealers in Najaf is looking for Sales Consultant with below requirements:
Main Tasks:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, capabilities, and specifications, including comparative analysis with competing models and grey market options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Qualify prospective buyers by actively listening and identifying their needs, preferences, and budget to match them with suitable vehicle models.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process — from initial consultation to closing — by addressing objections, completing contracts, explaining terms, and arranging payment and delivery.
- Conduct walk-around demonstrations to showcase vehicle features, benefits, and value propositions tailored to individual customer interests.
- Ensure that all customers fully understand the vehicle’s operational functions, warranty coverage, and all relevant documentation post-sale.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance sales performance and contribute to overall dealership growth.
- Implement a structured follow-up system to maintain ongoing customer engagement and generate referrals.
- Regularly report to the Sales Manager with performance updates, sales forecasts, market feedback, and planned activities.
- Actively participate in dealership training sessions and sales meetings, including those provided by Toyota Iraq.
- Analyze personal sales performance statistics and market trends to refine sales strategies and improve results.
- Carry out any additional duties or special assignments as directed by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- 1 -2 years of experience in a relevant area of sales or marketing.
- Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations.
- Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
- Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis.
- Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently.
- Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
- Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods.
- Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers’ needs and concerns.
