The Role: INTERNATIONAL STORE AUDITOR
Main responsibilities:
- Auditing the Company Stores and HO activities according to the Audit criteria to check whether they are in compliance with existing procedures, memorandums and legal regulations.
- Participating in store and warehouse inventory counting as Head of Inventory.
- Prepare & send the audit/inventory reports to his/her function manager and the related departments. Examining audit and inventory reports when necessary.
- Reports inappropriate situations to his/her manager during the audit and inventory process.
- To carry on a detailed investigation into specific topics if it’s necessary.
Required Qualifications and capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English, Arabic & Kurdish is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Audit Department or store operations auditing and inventory.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs (advanced Excel).
- No restriction to travel in country & abroad and ready to work in variable hours.
- Knowledge of corporate procedures and regulations (Retail Operations is a plus).
- Ability to use System tools (Retail store and Retail software).
- Understanding of POS (Point of sale) and stock management software integration.
- Eager to work in a multinational/multicultural environment.
