· Develop annual sales plans and long-term sales strategies tailored to the local market, based on the company’s fiber optic products and services.
· Conduct regular customer visits, understand client experience and new requirements for fiber optic well-testing products and services, resolve cooperation issues and complaints in a timely manner, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Secure orders through technical marketing, project order acquisition, and bidding activities.
· Oversee project operations in the region, including project execution, resource preparation, and safety, while being accountable for business results
Skills
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in petroleum engineering or a related discipline.
· More than 5 years of experience in logging or downhole fiber optic monitoring, and over 3 years in project management.
· Familiar with the oil market landscape in the Middle East and North Africa; Arabic and English can be used as working languages.
· Strong communication, coordination, and stress management skills
