Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering long-term client relationships while driving business growth. You will also be responsible for managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance their experience and maximize revenue potential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure long-term success and growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly.
- Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Supervise account representatives to drive sales performance.
- Track and report on account status, sales, and business performance.
- Keep accurate client records, including contracts and renewals.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales or Account Management roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle crises effectively, and deliver results within deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
