HR Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations to ensure efficient execution of HR processes and compliance with company and fintech regulatory requirements.
Support the recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.
Conduct new employee orientations and assist with employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Handle employee relations matter such as grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in line with HR policies.
Support performance management processes by coordinating evaluations, ensuring timely completion, and following up on development plans.
Assist in planning and implementing employee training and development initiatives, including compliance training required in the fintech sector.
Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review, such as recruitment status, attrition, and employee engagement insights.
Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover data, and recommend retention strategies.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with fintech regulatory requirements, including labor laws, compliance, and ethical standards.
Promote effective communication between employees and management, ensuring a positive and transparent workplace culture

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree IN Business Administration, Information technology or Diploma in Human Resources.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or technology-driven industries.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards applicable to the fintech/financial services sector.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite; exposure to digital HR tools is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
High ethical standards, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
