Job Purpose: The HR Operations Officer will be responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the recruitment cycle: posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Facilitate onboarding, induction, and orientation for new hires.
- Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with Iraqi labor laws and internal policies.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Provide timely support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Liaise with managers and departments to ensure smooth HR support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations or administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Iraqi labor law.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic is an asset.
