We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our furniture store operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with a passion for customer service and sales, ensuring a welcoming and visually appealing showroom while achieving business targets.
Position: Showroom Manager
Location: Baghdad- Karada-52
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise showroom sales staff.
- Oversee daily operations, stock levels, and store procedures.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom layout.
- Set and achieve sales targets, analyze performance, and drive growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
- Train and develop staff on products, sales, and service skills.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of retail management experience (furniture/home goods preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sales analysis, customer service, and merchandising.
- Fluency in Arabic; good command of English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.
