Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Spa Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Manage and coordinate spa operations, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms
Supervise and mentor spa staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
Oversee guest bookings, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and revenue
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
Implement and maintain spa service standards and procedures
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote spa services
Manage inventory of spa supplies and products
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new spa team members
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of leadership experience in the spa industry
Outstanding guest service skills with a customer-focused mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong team management and leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, services, and industry trends
Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional language skills are a plus
Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours with minimal supervision
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in computer systems, including Windows, MS Office Suite, Opera PMS, SpaSoft, and Micros
