Job Title: Site Supervisor (Construction Field)
Location: Baghdad – Al-Karrada
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of construction and reconstruction projects from initial planning to final handover.
- Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Approve engineering drawings, plans, and material selections in alignment with project specifications.
- Supervise on-site operations and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify technical challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to senior management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or any other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in construction and reconstruction projects, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong ability to accurately calculate material quantities and assess resource needs.
- Solid knowledge of modern construction methods and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
