Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties: welcoming visitors, handling calls, and maintaining security/visitor logs.
- Oversee office support: mail, couriers, meeting rooms, travel bookings, and office supplies.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure effective communication with clients, vendors, and staff.
- Coordinate communication: distribute documents, assist HR with interviews/onboarding, and support events.
- Maintain records: contact lists, visitor logs, courier dispatches, and basic admin reports
Qualifications
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and front desk duties
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Kurdish, Arabic & English languages are a must
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
