The Automotive Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and profitability of the branch. This role oversees all departments within the branch to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company and OEM standards. The Branch Manager plays a key leadership role in driving revenue growth, maintaining brand image, and ensuring that all customer touchpoints reflect KAJ’s commitment to quality and professionalism.
- Strategic Leadership & Business Management
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve the branch’s financial and operational objectives.
- Set annual targets for sales and customer satisfaction in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and control branch budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly branch performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
- Sales & Marketing Oversight
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve vehicle sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
- Review and approve sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Ensure effective showroom operations, vehicle display standards, and professional customer interactions.
- Support the development of corporate and fleet sales opportunities.
- Analyse sales performance, pricing trends, and customer buying behavior to guide strategic decisions.
- Customer Experience & Brand Image
- Foster a customer-centric culture that emphasizes service excellence and long-term relationships.
- Ensure customer concerns and escalations are handled professionally and promptly.
- Maintain consistent branch standards in facility appearance, employee conduct, and customer interaction.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and use feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company brand in community and corporate events as required.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of managers, advisors, and technical staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Promote a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
- Uphold company values and lead by example in integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Financial & Administrative Control
- Manage all branch financial activities, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Authorize major purchases, discounts, and operational expenses within approved limits.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports, forecasts, and branch budgets.
- Collaborate with the finance department to monitor receivables, payables, and credit approvals.
- Maintain compliance with audit requirements and internal control policies.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with Head Office departments Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and After-Sales for operational alignment.
- Communicate effectively with OEM representatives
- Share branch performance insights and best practices with other locations to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in the automotive industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial or multi-departmental leadership role
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
- License: Valid driver’s license
