Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Iraq for our ice cream brand. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales leadership with deep marketing expertise, including market analysis and customer survey management, to drive growth and strengthen our market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team and regional representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets across all cities in Iraq.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with sales teams to monitor progress, provide guidance, and ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to design targeted promotional campaigns and product launches based on market insights.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients and distributors, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for senior management to inform decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management with a focus on marketing and market research.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer insights.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
