Job Title: Deputy General Manager
Department: Iraq Region KEC Business Department
Job Location: Basra, Iraq
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain customer resources in the region, establish a solid customer relationship network, including regional oil companies, government agencies and upstream and downstream partners, to ensure continued business growth.
2. Develop sales plans and goals based on the company's business strategy and market characteristics, lead the team to complete sales tasks, and regularly track and evaluate sales performance.
3. Gain an in-depth understanding of the market dynamics of the Iraqi oil industry, including price trends, policies and regulations, and the competitive environment, to provide decision-making support for sales strategy adjustments and business planning.
4. Provide professional products and solutions based on customer needs to ensure that they meet the specific requirements of customers in oil exploration, development, and production.
5. Lead the contract negotiation and signing process to ensure the rationality and legality of the terms, identify and avoid commercial and legal risks, and maximize the company's interests.
Required Qualifications:
1.Master’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
2. Atleast 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 5 or more years in regional business or sales management.
3.Familiarity with the oil and gas market dynamics, policies, regulations, and customer requirements in Iraq and the Middle East, with strong strategic planning and market analysis skills.
4.Proficient in Arabic and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
5.Outstanding team management, cross-department coordination, and decision-making abilities, capable of leading teams to achieve performance targets and drive business growth.
