Job Summary
SuliKim, a leading Iraqi manufacturer of construction materials and tile adhesives, is seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Representative to join our expanding sales and distribution team in Nasiriyah (Dhi Qar).
Candidates with degrees in Civil, Chemical, Architectural, Water Resources, or Petroleum Engineering will have an advantage due to the technical nature of our products. Strong non-engineering sales professionals with solid knowledge of the local market are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1) Sales Execution
• Promote and sell SuliKim products across local markets and projects.
• Execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare accurate and regular reports on daily and weekly sales activity and performance.
2) Customer Relations
• Build long-term professional relationships with customers, distributors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic visits to projects and retailers to collect orders and feedback.
• Provide after-sales follow-up to ensure satisfaction and sustained cooperation.
3) Market Development
• Monitor competitor activity and analyze local market trends.
• Propose improvements to distribution plans and initiatives to grow market share in the governorate.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (engineering preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in sales and client handling.
• Private car is mandatory, with a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Arabic (required); English is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to other provinces when needed.
