Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and process dealer warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide technical support to dealers for complex cases, escalating to manufacturers when required.
- Support Special Service Campaigns (SSC) and recalls, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers regarding disputed cases or technical issues.
- Deliver training and guidance to dealer staff on warranty processes and technical updates.
- Maintain warranty storage and ensure proper documentation, traceability, and disposal of parts as per policy.
Skills and Competencies:
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role, and good knowledge in the automotive sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word.).
- Arabic and English will be sufficient.
- Iraqi nationality.
Experience and Qualification:
- Proven background in diagnosing vehicle issues, preparing technical reports, and coordinating with manufacturers or dealers.
- Experience in processing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies, and reducing claim rejections.
- Familiarity with campaign/recall execution, service bulletins, and field technical activities.
- Strong record of handling dealer/customer complaints and providing timely resolutions.
