Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background in software development, networking, or your specific IT niche (e.g., cloud services, cybersecurity, custom software).
- Proven Management Experience: 3+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Project Management: Experience with methodologies like Agile/Scrum. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Business Acumen: Understands budgeting, P&L, and how IT drives business value.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in Kurdish and English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. MBA is a major plus
