Job Summary:

Sales Support Tasks: Provide admin and sales support to the Iraq team, and conduct tele-sales for consumables and materials.
Administrative tasks: Receive and deliver machines and products. Monitor and maintain inventory in warehouse.

Sales Support:

Prepare RFQ, quotations and pricing.
Tele-sales: call customers to sell consumables and materials.
Coordinate with Logistics department and freight forwarders to update customers on status of their orders.
Coordinate with Accounting department to send invoices to customers and follow-up payments.
Coordinate with customers and suppliers to send samples when needed.
Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting and follow-up on actions.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Sales and Logistics to replenish stock.
Update activities of sales team on CRM.
Provide proper technical coordination between client request and supplier.
Ensure quotations are sent within 24 hours from date of request.
Accurate archiving of documents for every project.
Prepare monthly sales report.

Administrative:

Reception of goods and stock entry on software.
Verify conformity of goods record received vs. goods ordered.
Reception of machines for reparation and follow up with Technical Dept.
Reception of goods to be returned and follow up with Sales Dept.
Inspect quality & quantity of goods received and issue non-conformity, if any.
Prepare goods for delivery to customers.
Prepare and deliver spare parts for technicians.
Prepare and deliver samples for sales consultants.
