Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team in Basra. The Store Manager will be responsible for the store’s performance, team supervision, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Lead, motivate, and support the in-store team to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Languages: Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Technical Skills: Technological background and familiarity with sales systems.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
*Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week (Fridays are working days – shift based)
