Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Sales team, dealers, and other Logistics members to plan and manage upcoming vehicle shipments from Turkey to Iraq (Kurdistan Region).
- Handle import licenses, including preparation of purchase and payment requests.
- Prepare and arrange all required import documents (Invoice, Certificate of Origin, etc.) for initial customs declaration.
- Initiate and process customs declarations in the ASYCUDA system.
- Follow up on shipping schedules and vessel arrivals at Umm Qasr Port.
- Manage customs duty calculation and prepare applications for advance duty payments.
- Calculate and verify customs duties and prepare the corresponding Purchase and Payment requests.
- Handle and archive all import-related documentation, including manifest, Bill of Lading (BL), CMR, invoice, and COO, ensuring proper filing and traceability.
- Review and verify vehicle manifests; coordinate with customs offices and brokers for any necessary manifest corrections.
- Track and monitor shipments, analyze logistics data, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with service providers such as shipping lines, transportation and storage companies, customs brokers, and Sumitomo Corporation to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with internal departments (PDI, Sales, Finance & Accounting) regarding shipment status, payment processing, and related logistics matters.
- Maintain accurate records and logs for orders, stocks, transportation, receiving, delivery, and sales activities.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and import/export laws.

Experience and Qualification:
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in a similar role, and knowledge in automotive sector
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluency in Kurdish and English. Arabic is a plus
- Iraqi nationality
