Accountabilities
- Study & revise construction contracts for contractor's & consultant's engineering services contract.
- Ensure proper invoice auditing and processing.
- Ensure implementing standards conditions & requirements for construction projects and Quality validation
- Participate in studying and revising financial & technical offers submitted by consultants & contractors and their selection.
- Ensure to obtain all necessary legal and financial internal approvals regarding construction projects.
- Revise and audit progress payment requests for consultants, contractors and to ensure the compliance to projects contracts conditions.
- Follow up letters of Guarantee related to projects and its compliance with the projects contract conditions.
- Ensure proper actions for health and safety in all projects.
- Implementing internal Bank Standards and regulations for contractual and financial issues .
- Performing financial & contractual evaluations of proposed construction projects
- Participating in design & technical issues ( Structural) related to construction projects.
- Ability and willingness to travel across the Iraqi governorates as required.
- Monitoring All contracts documents.
Job Requirements
Education: B.Sc. degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering projects contracts and practical
experience in large projects.
Competencies:
- Good in MS. (Excel)
- Established managerial and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
