What You'll Be Doing?
- Lead end-to-end factory operations including production, maintenance, quality, HSE, and supply chain.
- Oversee procurement, materials planning, and warehouse operations to ensure uninterrupted production and optimal inventory levels.
- Manage local and international sourcing activities, supplier performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure effective demand, production, and capacity planning aligned with sales forecasts and business priorities.
- Establish and maintain efficient warehouse and inventory management systems, including stock accuracy, storage optimization, and inbound/outbound logistics.
- Manage and execute investment projects (greenfield and/or brownfield), including plant setup, expansion, commissioning, and ramp-up.
- Ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, and high-quality manufacturing standards.
- Establish and maintain strong HSE, quality, and compliance culture aligned with Evyap Group standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Develop and manage factory budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local management team across operations, supply chain, and support functions.
- Coordinate with headquarters and regional stakeholders on strategic and operational topics.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards.
Who We're Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields).
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role.
- Proven investment project experience (new factory setup, major capacity expansion, or modernization projects).
- Strong background in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Solid experience in procurement, production planning, inventory, and warehouse management within a manufacturing setup.
- Solid understanding of production systems, maintenance management, quality, and HSE.
- Experience working in Middle East or emerging markets is a strong plus.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (Turkish and Kurdish is an asset).
- Strong leadership, resilience, and cross-cultural management skills.
