Position Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and
commercial performance of Multimedia Agency (MA). The CEO will drive sustainable business growth,
strengthen the agency’s market leadership, expand strategic partnerships, and ensure operational
excellence across all divisions.
The CEO will lead the agency in delivering high-impact advertising, media, and event solutions while
positioning MA as a trusted partner for major corporate brands, government institutions, and international
agencies operating in Iraq. The role requires a highly commercial leader capable of scaling operations,
building strong client relationships, and fostering innovation within a fast-growing media and
communications environment.
Main duties and responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the agency.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion in the media, outdoor, advertising, and events
sectors.
• Ensure MA maintains a strong competitive position within the Iraqi market.
• Translate the company’s vision into measurable growth initiatives and operational priorities.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, creativity, and results.
Business Growth & Market Expansion
• Drive sustained revenue and profitability growth through new business development and strategic
partnerships.
• Expand MA’s footprint across Iraq through the development of new media opportunities and
commercial offerings.
• Identify emerging opportunities within the advertising, outdoor, media, events, and brand
activation sectors.
• Lead the development of large-scale campaigns and integrated media solutions for key clients.
• Ensure MA remains a leading platform for brands seeking high-impact market visibility.
Client & Strategic Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major corporate clients, government institutions, and
multinational organizations.
• Represent MA at the highest level in negotiations with key clients and strategic partners.
• Strengthen the agency’s reputation as a reliable and innovative communications partner.
• Develop partnerships with regional and international advertising and media agencies seeking local
representation.
Event & Brand Experience Leadership
• Oversee the development and successful execution of major public events and brand activations.
• Ensure continuation of the existing flagship events.
• Ensure events maintain high standards of quality, creativity, and commercial impact.
• Expand the agency’s event portfolio through new concepts and partnerships.
• Ensure events contribute both to brand positioning and sustainable revenue growth.
Operational Excellence
• Ensure all departments operate efficiently and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Establish performance indicators to monitor operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Implement best-practice management systems across operations, finance, and project delivery.
• Maintain strong internal coordination between creative, production, sales, and operational teams.
Financial Leadership
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.
• Ensure strong financial discipline and sustainable profitability.
• Monitor financial performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Identify new revenue streams and commercial opportunities.
Organizational Development
• Build and lead a high-performing team.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across key business functions.
• Encourage innovation, collaboration, and professional growth across the organization.
• Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence.
• Ensure MA is the leader in the usage of the newest innovations for achieving operational success.
• Follow a proper documentation process to institutionalize the company and make sure no
disruptions in the work happen upon the departure of any individual.

Minimum years of relevant experience
• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience with a minimum 5 years being specifically in
advertising, media, marketing, communications, or event management.
• Proven track record in business growth, revenue expansion, and partnership development.
• Experience working with major brands, multinational companies, or large institutional clients.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams and managing complex projects.

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
