Role Description
We are seeking a Salesperson for a contract-based, on-site role located in Erbil. The Salesperson will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the product selection process, meeting sales targets, and promoting the brand’s luxurious offerings. Additional tasks include maintaining inventory, ensuring a visually appealing storefront, and offering input on market trends to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage with clients and meet targets
- Knowledge of Inventory Management and Visual Merchandising techniques
- Communication and Interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
- Prior experience in luxury retail or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in Kurdish and English
