It has since become the largest and most entertaining water and amusement park in Iraq, offering a fun-filled destination for families and visitors of all ages.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Baghdad Tourism Island, located in the Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the park, including staff management, customer service, maintenance, and financial performance. The role also involves coordinating activities to ensure smooth operations, maintaining safety standards, and implementing strategies for operational efficiency and visitor satisfaction.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in maintenance and safety management
- Ability to analyze financial performance and implement cost-effective measures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
