Summary
The Ultrasound Applications Specialist provides clinical and technical support for ultrasound systems by conducting product demonstrations, delivering user training, and supporting customers during and after installation. The role ensures optimal use of the equipment and contributes to customer satisfaction and clinical success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on and theoretical training sessions for healthcare professionals on ultrasound systems.
- Perform on-site product demonstrations at hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers.
- Support physicians and end-users in applying ultrasound techniques on clinical cases.
- Participate in scientific events including workshops, conferences, and medical seminars.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements based on clinical needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging or clinical application support.
- Solid understanding of ultrasound technologies (transducers, Doppler, 3D/4D imaging, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to train and engage with medical staff.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel frequently within and outside the city.
