Job Purpose
The store keeper will be responsible on the warehouse of the company and deal with the drivers and make sure that supplies goes out in a smooth and correct manner.
− Inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes (quantity, quality, serial numbers).
− Record goods received into the warehouse system.
− Organize items properly based on FIFO/LIFO methods and safety requirements.
− Label materials and store them according to type, sensitivity, or expiry date.
− Review and process material requests from departments.
− Issue items and record material movements accurately.
− Conduct periodic stock counts (daily, monthly, annually).
− Report shortages, surpluses, or obsolete/damaged items.
− Maintain accurate records using inventory software.
− Archive delivery notes, requisitions, and related documents.
− Follow and enforce safety and hygiene protocols.
− Report any HSE hazards at the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 Experience in working at large warehouses
- ERP systems
- Good English Communications
- Good Negotiations and reporting skills
- Good management skills and previous experience (drivers)
- supply chain and logistics principles
- Good Data Entry skills
