Role Description: Account Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghdad, Iraq. The Account Manager will be responsible for:
Managing and growing key client accounts
Building strong and long-lasting client relationships
Ensuring client satisfaction by understanding their travel needs
Collaborating with the reservations, operations, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional service
Supporting clients throughout the trip planning and booking process
Preparing financial/account-related reports and following up on client billing when required
Qualifications
Proven experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly desirable
Knowledge of ERP systems, with a strong preference for experience using Odoo
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus)
Minimum 3-5 years as Account Manager
