Job Purpose
Troubleshooting and providing technical support to users, and collaborating with the sales and distribution teams to ensure the seamless performance of user-facing applications used in the sales and distribution functions; optimizing application performance and improving business processes.
Responsibilities
To provide first and second-level support for end-user sales and distribution applications to address user issues and inquiries.
To troubleshoot and resolve problems related to sales and distribution applications in collaboration with users and technical teams.
To conduct training sessions for sales and distribution team members on effective use of the applications.
To collaborate with other modules to implement necessary configurations and customizations in sales and distribution applications.
To understand and respond to end-user needs to investigate and resolve system-related issues.
To work with sales and distribution teams to understand their processes, identify areas for improvement, and submit enhancement requests to the development team.
To provide reports and insights in the relevant domain to support managerial decision-making and process improvements.
To coordinate and participate in testing for system upgrades and enhancements.
To ensure maintenance and regular updates of application configuration documents, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides for knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in relevant field
