- Strong expertise with downhole connectors and termination.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage field-based teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current certifications in HSE, well control, and other relevant compliance areas.
