- Address guest complaints or inquiries swiftly and professionally, attempting to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and courteously.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and services, as well as local attractions.
- Assist guests in arranging transportation, booking tours, and making restaurant reservations as requested.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a role that requires direct customer interaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer comfort.
