Job Summary
The Electrician will perform regular and emergency electrical maintenance on equipment and production lines within the plant, ensuring safe operation compliant with technical and industrial standards.
- Carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on equipment and production lines.
- Inspect and diagnose electrical malfunctions, repairing them quickly and efficiently.
- Install, operate, and test electrical devices and components.
- Ensure electrical work complies with safety instructions and production quality (GMP).
- Update maintenance records and accurately document procedures performed.
- Work within the maintenance team and collaborate with engineering and operational teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certification in industrial electricity, electrical power engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a pharmaceutical plant or a facility applying GMP standards.
Skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and control panels.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, electric motors, and VFDs.
- Knowledge of backup power systems (UPS - Generators).
- Attention to detail and quick problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to occupational safety and quality procedures.
