Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Manager in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations.
- Identify, analyze competitors and conduct market research, analyze customers’ behavior
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Collaborate with the design or creative agencies to produce promotional materials
- Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
- Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.
- Create monthly marketing campaign breakdowns of our analytics on web and social to recommend key improvements and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain and coordinate all communications and media materials with vendors
- Responsible for all marketing events and campaigns
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Working closely and prepare the required designs and assisting with new product launches.
- Maintain a good relation with media and governmental entities.
- Travel to workshops, events and meetings both within Iraq and aboard if required.
- Understand and analyze data collected and generate a report.
- Create reports and visual presentation of Marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/ business management or related.
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
- Must have a clear understanding of the latest automotive industry marketing trends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, Google Suite, social
- media platforms, analytics, and CRM systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a Strong organizational skills
- Strong planning skills
- Ability to prioritize task
- Must speak Kurdish, Arabic and English is preferable
